A full day of women’s bouts unfolded at the Lexus Tahiti Pro Presented by I-SEA with some heroic moments to determine the Final duel and lock in the Lexus WSL Finals field.

One of the marvels of the surfing world was back in the spotlight. Molly Picklum’s incredible run through 2025, and the help of Caity Simmers in today’s proceedings, helped secure her the Yellow Leaders Jersey heading into Fiji. Now, those two are set for a Final showdown when Finals Day kicks off. Gabriela Bryan secured No. 2 with Simmers in No. 3, Caroline Marks notching No. 4 and Bettylou Sakura Johnson at No. 5 heading to the legendary Cloudbreak.

The day witnessed incredible moments, and none more stunning than Picklum’s 9.77 over the Queen of Teahupo’o, Vahine Fierro, in their Quarterfinal superheat – which also earned a mophie Charger of the Event nod. Another jaw-dropper included Gabriela Bryan’s comeback against one of the day’s standouts, Erin Brooks, with an 8.87 to secure a Semifinal showing before falling to Simmers.

Top 5 moments included a historic debut from 12-year-old Kelia Gallina becoming the youngest competitor in a CT and a crazy show from Vahine Fierro throughout a crazy day. Plus, Gabriela Bryan’s showcase, Caity Simmers’ incredible surge to the Finals, and the No. 1 going to No. 1 Molly Picklum’s impeccable charge.
